At the UsineSonore Festival, painting comes alive through a vibrant, immersive wandering performance. This innovative concept unfolded across five ten-minute sets, performed in alternation with Clovis Magnard, with whom I have collaborated three times in a duo format. The foundational music is provided by Jean20, while the performance is further enriched by the musical collaboration of Théo Louis on double bass and keyboard, adding a unique sonic dimension to our collective creation.
Each performance added layers to our collective painting, creating a unique and ephemeral work shaped by the dynamic interplay of our processes. It was also the first time I witnessed the performance from the outside, experiencing the living dialogue between movement, color, and space from a completely new perspective.
